Elektronique is a show that gives you an insight to the DJ behind the decks, the producer behind the artist and the promoters behind the events. We at Elektronique were bored with all the same standard music TV shows that are broadcast all over the channels and internet, with the same artists, same music, the same events.
We felt that the DJ, producer and the promoters behind the music don't receive enough exposure within media, and we believe that they should get just the same amount of exposure and coverage as more 'popular' artists.
The genres that we cover may not be loved by everyone, but a few million people every week are raving away in the clubs that play the music we buy and love, and that's just in the UK. Our guests have toured all over the world, and are loved and known by millions of adoring fans from all corners of the globe.
This show is the beginning of a new coverage of dance music and all its various elements, styles and trends and the ever expanding and creations of new sub genres.
We at Elektronique are here to promote, review and support the Electronica scene, it's music, artists and everyone else that makes every weekend live!!!
Within the show you will expect the latest music from the DJ's and producers from all levels from various genres within the Electronica dance scene. With also a special guest interview with a 'pioneer' of the dance scene, before the genres we know today existed.
The brand new website with the full edited episode 1 will be launched in around July 2010. With full and edited interviews, download mixes, photographys, reviews and merchandise will all be available for every guest interviewed by ElekTronique TV.
